Q: Do I have to be a legal resident of the United States age 18 or over?
A: Yes. ATrinity Professional Services requires that all individuals seeking to become work at home certified legally reside in the United States and are 18 years or older, if they are servicing customers based in the United States. (Currently we are not accepting new applicants from the following states: Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and Oregon)
Q: What are all of the costs involved with getting started?
A: All fees are paid directly to Arise Virtual Solutions and consist of the following:
• National Background Check $12.95
• CSP 101 — Customer Service Professional training ($99, however this course goes on sale often and can be purchased for as low as $5 at times) Please note: Military families and current college students receive this course for free (proof required).
• Client Specific Certification ($4.99 – $289) — Just as if you were going to school to become an electrician, pharmacy technician or a hairdresser, we are required to pay for our client certification courses. We are learning a trade and are guaranteed work upon successful completion. Military families, receive up to $150.00 towards their first client certification course!
Q:How do I know this is a legit opportunity?

Q:How are the positions/clients placed?
A:You are able to access all of the client opportunities daily for the duration of the time you are an active associate with ATrinity Professional Services. Also, while you are an associate with us, we compare your qualifications to existing and new client requests. If your profile matches the requirements of our clients, we will contact you and set up an interview.
Q:Do I have to take any position or service any client designated?
A:No, it is up to you whether you take the position and service the clients that you select.
Q:How long do the positions usually last?
A:The length of time of each job varies greatly. The majority of our clients are available year round and you can service for them as long as you desire. We do have a very few clients that are seasonal and this is shared prior to selecting this client to service.

Q: What is Arise?
A: Arise is a our elite business partner that afford ATrinity Professional services the ability provide work from home opportunities for fortune 500 companies. These opportunities are for those with basic knowledge and experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Technical Support. If you are interested in working from home and would like to start the process of becoming a Certified Support Professional (CSP), apply online using our online application.
Q: Why do I have to pay money to work?
A: ATrinity Professional Services LLC does not hire agents directly, nor do we charge fees for any of the services providing on this website. However, any opportunity gained through Arise Virtual Solutions is a certification program for a contracted position, not a job. Upon successful completion of all required steps, you will be hired as an independent contractor. ATrinity will continue to provide services to support your contract position and therefore assesses a service fee. Upon joining our company, ATrinity Professional Services LLC will assess a competitive, service fee of 10% of your gross earnings. This fee is assessed for active associates only.
Q: What's required of me to begin service?
A: All qualified candidates must pass a mandatory background check. From there, you must take and pass an initial certification test, and client training for the opportunity of your choice. All expenses for the background check, certification and client training costs are paid by you, the independent contractor.
Client training costs will vary per client chosen.
Q: How much does the client charge for training?
A: The range for most client training courses is $4.99 to $299 dollars.
Q: How much is the service fee?
A: ATrinity Professional Services, LLC charges a bi-weekly fee of 10% of your gross earnings.
Q: Why do I have to pay a service fee?
A: Anyone who wishes to provide service for Arise will incur a mandatory bi-weekly service fee. There are additional operating expenses associated with running any business, typically referred to as overhead. Running your own VSC increases overhead expenses dramatically. ATrinity Professional Services, LLC realizes that many people want to work from home, but not everyone wants the added aggravation and expense associated with running a business.
ATrinity Professional Services LLC simplifies the work at home process for the independent contractor. We charge a bi-weekly fee of 10% of your gross income to cover all charges incurred on your behalf, simplifying your work at home needs, and allowing you (the contractor) to focus 100% on the client.
Q: Are there any other fees?
A: No, after the initial set up fees, client training and recurring bi-weekly fee, there are no other fees required to be paid by the independent contractor.
Q: What about taxes?
A: FICA, Federal and State taxes are what most people pay who work jobs as regular employees. As an independent contractor with ATrinity Professional Services LLC, taxes are not withheld. During each tax season, you will receive IRS Form 1099-MISC, which is a government record of your yearly earnings. Once received, it is your responsibility to file taxes appropriately using this form. ATrinity Professional Services LLC is not responsible for payment of taxes.
Q: What is the advantage of joining your VSC, versus starting my own?
A: ATrinity Professional Services, LLC is apart of the Arise network. Arise Virtual Solutions, will only partner with corporations and not individuals, and for those unfamiliar with starting and running a business, this can be a very daunting task. There can be many additional operating expenses that come along with running one's own independent service corporation. Many people decide it's not worth the hassle, and opt to let us handle this aspect of their business. We are happy to partner with associates and take on this task for you.
We also offer many years of knowledge to help you maximize your income and succeed. Remember any fees paid will not be refunded if you fail to pass a certification. Partnership with ATrinity greatly increases your chances of success.

Q: What is a POTS?
A: POTS, also known as Plain Old Telephone Service, is a standard phone line with no features. This includes Caller ID, Call Waiting, etc. This is necessary to communicate with clients, as all calls with be routed via a secure network connection, and there can be no interruptions while servicing.
Q: What is the advantage of working from home
A: The primary advantage many people enjoy is freedom! Working from home saves you money on gas, car maintenance/repair and other expenses incurred as a result of the typical daily commute.
Q: Does working from home allow me the freedom to slack in my responsibilities?
A: Absolutely Not. Remember that while servicing, there are strict guidelines provided by the client that must be adhered to. Despite being one's own boss, there are still rules that must be followed when providing service for a third party. There is a zero tolerance policy for noise, distractions, and lack of professionalism. Remember, the client pays you!
